Watch one of the Adobe Premiere Elements 13 video tutorials on a relevant topics, and make notes on how to use this editing software.  Summarise your findings and post in on the Production Skills page of your blog.  Video tutorials can be found when you open Adobe Premiere Elements video editor, and select the Guided options.
